Basic Provisions

 

1. The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”) is Zdeněk Dušátko, ID No.: 07796404, with registered office at Druhanov 17, 582 91 (hereinafter: “controller”).

3. The operator provides an online review and marketing solution that allows users to create and share reviews of purchased goods from e-shop operators on the Shoptet platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) describes how we collect and use your personal data through our Service. It also describes the rights and options available to you regarding your personal data.
4. “User” or “you” means a person who publishes reviews on the merchant’s website and social networks through the Service. “Merchant” means any third party that uses our Service to allow you to publish reviews on the website.
5. Please note that this Policy applies to the Service’s privacy practices in general matters. The Merchant has additional privacy policies that explain its own specific privacy practices regarding your personal data (“Merchant’s Policy”). You should also read the Merchant’s Policy.
6. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

 

1. We process information about your purchases on the merchant’s websites. Once you complete a purchase on the merchant’s websites, we receive and process the following information about your purchases: email address, full name, purchase amount, purchase date, purchased item, and your address (“order data”).
2. If you choose to submit a review on the merchant’s websites, we will also collect any information you choose to provide as part of such a review, including: photos, ratings, review text, and review comments. This data is used by the Merchant on its websites and other channels for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

 

1. The legal basis for collecting and processing your Information for promotional email communication is your explicit consent to the Merchant.
2. Based on your consent to the Merchant, we process your Information to send you promotional email communications, such as requests to submit reviews for purchased products, notifications about responses to reviews, etc.
3. You can “unsubscribe” from the use of your Information for promotional communications at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email sent by us.
4. The legal basis for publishing your review is the fulfillment of the review service that you requested by submitting the review.
5. You can request the deletion of reviews you have submitted at the merchant’s email address or service email address support@satisflow.cz.

Data Retention Period

 

1. For the period until you request the deletion of your reviews.
2. After the expiration of the personal data retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.

Recipients of Personal Data (Partners and Subcontractors of the Controller)

1. Recipients of personal data are persons

– providing services for operating the e-shop and other services related to operating the e-shop,

– providing marketing services and website traffic analysis.

2. The controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.

Your Rights

 

1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have

–  the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR.

–  the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR.

–  the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR.

–  the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, and

–  the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR.

–  the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the controller’s address or email support@satisflow.cz.

2. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

Conditions for Securing Personal Data

 

1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in paper form.
3. The controller declares that only persons authorized by it have access to personal data.

Final Provisions

 

1. By submitting the review form, you confirm that you are familiar with the personal data protection conditions and that you accept them in full.
2. The controller is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the personal data protection conditions will be published on its website, or sent to you at the email address you provided to the controller.

These conditions take effect on December 15, 2025.
